I am also certified as a registered yoga teacher through Yogaworks in Boston under the tutelage of Natasha Rizopolous to provide yoga philosophy for those seeking a more spiritual therapeutic experience.
On any given weekend you're likely to find me spending quality time with my family on Cape Cod, coordinating playdates with my friends of 30 years, laying in savasana at my local yoga studio, or attempting to cook healthy meals at home.
