I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Aetna for individual and group therapy services. For out-of-network clients, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider.

For those choosing not to use insurance, I accept credit cards and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. Please note that self-pay services are an out-of-pocket expense.

Insurance coverage for therapy typically requires an initial assessment and a diagnosable mental health condition, as treatment is structured around addressing symptoms and medical necessity.

Couples counseling, however, is focused on understanding relationship patterns, communication dynamics, and shared experiences between partners, rather than treating an individual diagnosis. Because this work is relational in nature and not centered on diagnosing one partner, it is not well aligned with insurance requirements.

For this reason, couples counseling is offered on a private-pay basis.

cancellation policy

Once we have scheduled an appointment, kindly note that you will be responsible for the full session fee unless you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation. This policy is in place to respect the time commitment allocated specifically for you. Thank you for your understanding.
